Pacific Chartering Services Inc. (Pacchart) is a full service Ship and Cargo Broker for tonnage and cargo movements worldwide.

Pacific Chartering Services is a legally registered corporation in the state of Texas since 1994 and is a member of the Association of Shipbrokers and Agents (U.S.A.) Inc., New York (www.asba.org). The company was established in 1991 in San Francisco, California and relocated to Houston, Texas in late 1994.

We work in all dry bulk and breakbulk markets with expertise in a wide range of multi-purpose and bulk tonnage from Coasters to Cape Size. We can assist with all types of cargoes including bulk and bagged grains, meals, animal feeds, concentrates, ores, petcoke, coal, fertilizers, aggregates, cement, lumber products, wood chips, mining equipment, heavy machinery, pipes, steels, coils, knock down plants and rigs, IMO cargoes.

We can assist with chartering in tonnage to cover cargo movements on time charter or voyage basis or charter out tonnage for short or long term period employment. Whether you have complicated project cargo requiring specialized project management from staging area to stowed on board and delivered to the job site across the Globe - we can help make that happen. Complex stowage planning, IMO coded cargoes or more conventional bulk and breakbulk cargoes - We can pre-plan, supervise and execute proper carriage and handling of your cargo from start to finish and provide pre and post survey reports. Ocean cargo insurance can be arranged per your particular needs.
